I'm not sure whether there is one or two motorised valves (we think it's a single pump) - how would I check? There are no room thermostats, just one on the boiler which is fully turned up, plus all the radiators are on full. There is a plug for the boiler and the pump for the central heating...

Hi, our central heating has stopped working and we've only just moved into our first own house so are not sure how to fix the problem. We've checked the pilot lght and plug fuse plus we've bled the radiators. We can hear the pump working but there's no heat. Any ideas?
