    Thanks - its in my ensuite so if we dont stand and shake the head for 10mins a day it wakes us up at night - not sure where i'd even start to investigate/replace without changing the shower arm though and that would involve removing tiles/ wall panels etc. which is going to be a nightmare!     thanks - thinking back we had a few probs getting the temperature high enough when it was first installed which we fixed by fiddling with the max temp screw on numerous occassions .. will let u know what happens
