    No, they don't. But the installation can be made fully compliant with Water Regs through the addition of a type AB air gap. Similar care should obviously be taken to adhere to UK electrical building standards. This post isn't really about that though.

    Have a toilet draining into a 4" soil pipe It's a vovo TCB-090SA and it comes with a wax ring but it doesn't come with a toilet or closet flange (because these are often solvent-welded to the soil pipe). They assume one is already there. Where can I pick up one of these pieces in red quickly...
