    Exactly :) Anyway.. thanks everyone for the input on this. Once I get a proper survey done, I'll update you on the results if the crack is mentioned (I'll ask them to take a look at it).

    Thanks for the advice. I will have a look up the wall and report back.. I did ask the owner and he took a look at it, and said it was the center point between the 2 houses on the left and 2 houses on the right and it's always been since they moved in 10 years ago.
