Just had a plumber out....
Turns out when they delivered the oil they turned the valve next to the tank off to fill up the tank and had not turned it back on again, so I hadn't actually run out at all.

Slackened off the screw some oil dripped out, but the boiler still wont start, keeps going back to log off.

The oil pump is a BFP 41 L3
The burner is a Inter B 9-B
8-716-42-705
Type B9 (PL6-7-21,5-10)
and it is a Betone
My boiler may have run out of oil, the tank is now full again but I cannot restart the boiler.
Can anyone please give me any tips how to do this?
Oressure guage shows low if that is relevant and I have tried pushing the Lockout reset all to no avail.
