Thank you, i’ve Inherited the system so don’t actually have the engineering codes only the code to set the alarm. I’m guessing there’s no way of discovering the eng code with looking for the original installers?

I've found a radiator that needed bleeding (middle to top left of rad not heating up) could this cause a similar problem. I'm also having real trouble heating the room up with the thermostat to to 20 degrees, would this radiator making heating less efficient i.e. harder to heat the room?
