Thanks... as @mikely answered it, I have ordered the same Grasslin FM/1 Digi 20 just waiting for it to be delivered... I would need bit of guidance to remove the Honeywell CM921 Relay and fit that one instead.

1. Why aren't you bothered about the temperature? Because I can control the radiator temperature from the boiler settings when it is on. 2. Do you have a room thermostat? I have 5 rooms, 1 kitchen, two halls and two toilets.. I would need 10 thermostats to control individual zones...

Yes I have read the instructions and there are TOTAL 6 settings so no it does not do what I want. If you mean because when setting 2 is ON it automatically OFF setting 1.. that is just a word play ;) If it was 6 On and 6 Off then yes I could have use it as I want to. See these photos below...
