thanks Chris, are the cartridges easy to replace do you know? The unit is about 15yrs old so its quite likely the cart has gone, dont really suffer from scale much in my area but you never know.

Have had this installed for ages and its been fine until recently, its ok for about 5mins then the water gets just tepid and even if I turn the thermostat to max it doesnt get any hotter (if I get out and run the hot tap on the sink there is plenty of hot water so its not that) Does anyone...
