It was a reposesion flat. Sold as seen with red tape all over the place. All gas, electric and water was swithched off prior to completion. I bought the flat with my fingers crossed that everything would be ok. Unfortunately i am an optimist. Thanks for your assistance on this

Hi I have just moved into a 4 year old flat that was previously vacant for some time. Everything had been switched off. Im trying to get everything working but the boiler is causing me some issues. When i switch it on. the display and all the lights flash red and the display shows 8.8.8...
