Its the white turbo with digital display, no internal loop with key. There's a separate hose that most likely connects the water supply externally to an somewhere in the system. (Really in the Netherlands; I'm an expat, which is why I am completely unfamiliar with this system).

I have no hot water and I know its because the boiler is locked down; there's insufficient pressure and the system needs to be refilled (way below the green area) . Problem is that I'm renting and there's no directions for filling the system. I've checked the Vaillant website for info, but...
