    Not familiar with aristons.... can anyone give me feedback on why pump runs when demand is created, red fault light remains constantly on, no ignition, no power to fan....?

    You could get a magnetic filter fitted (magna-clean, TF 1, spiro-tech) add the chemicals to your system, then let the boiler and the filter do the job for you. Just drain the system 5-7 days later, clean out the filter and add the inhibitor. Filter and chemicals £100-£120 all in, job done.

    Tried that, didn't work, tested fan with multi-meter - no power. Is it possibility that pcb has failed?

    Hi Guys, problem i've got is pump runs, no fan, no ignition. When selecting either ch or hw, red light on constantly any ideas....
