Would you advise I wait for the delivery of oil to build up a bit of pressure.

I have had a small problem with my boiler, it ran out of oil and I went out and bought two emergency tanks of oil and put them into my storage tank. I then tried to bleed the boiler and can not get any oil through the system. There is a Tiger Loop in the system as well. I have checked all the...
