Shower is aTriton T80 7.5KW. Have already checked for kinks in the hose but problem persists.

Help! My shower (18 months old) has suddenly lost pressure. iIhave checked the water pressure on the taps is ok, but there is only a trickle through the shower. It sprays ok when switched on (for first 5 seconds) but then goes to a trickle. The spray head is clean. Any ideas :(
