nothing up to now, should i be getting a dehumidifier?

over a year ago, the floor in the bathroom was replaced, joists and all but a strong smell was coming from the kitchen floor, which i ripped up and found to be rotten.

further to my post i have taken these pictures from the bathroom, do you think it could be raising damp? [/img] If anyone could have a look it would be a great help. thank you
