Can anyone recommend a combi boiler for a 5m sq. annexe I've had built in the garden? There are only 2 radiators and a towel rail to feed. My main concern is whether it is legal and safe to locate the boiler in the adjoining double garage e.g. fire risk with the car's petrol tank etc. What...
