Thanks again Tony, Can't imagine that I will have a "whole of house" stat fitted, as my kids use their bedrooms "as their living rooms", so i dont want a stat in one room to shut down the system. ken

My heating system has a digital timer, 3 way valve for HW/CH & tank stat but no room stat. I'd like to add some automatic control over temperature of living room but don't really want to use TRV's as radiators don't really get unblocked view of the room. Can I add 2 way valve to pipe which...
