Are these generic items or do I need to get Baxi's?

When changing this do I need replace any accessories at the same time - washers etc or is it just drain then and replace the 248061 valve?

I have a couple of problems with this boiler. The first one is the domestic hot water not heating between 6:30 am and 10:30 pm. Nothing to do with the timer. I suspect its the mains water pressure being too low so the flow is insufficiently high to trigger a faulty pressure sensing mechanism...
