    Hi, I call these "pull in blocks", they can be found in securistyle web site under ancillaries, but why not try tacking the glazing bead out and "bowing" the sash jamb over with a glazing packer so you get more coverence in the blocks will be closer so do their job

    Double Glazing Beads

    Correct Crank, if the 3 beads are out ease the top of the glass towards yourself then "wiggle" the glass upwards and out. You may find that the glass has slipped and is stuck to the bottom bead stopping it's removal and/or no glazing packers have been used
