Hey guys, I've got one of these, a 2008 model, running rough and flashing all sorts of lights on the dash telling me to stop. My super cheap Autel diagnostic device is throwing up the code for No 3 cylinder injector open circuit. This seems a likely culprit for the problem. Anyone here ever done...

A bit late to this but I had a Volvo instrument cluster repaired by BBA Reman a couple of years ago after a heads up from John. I'm pleased to report that it is still functioning perfectly today.

Just to update this, I got a set of pipes for this rack from these guys, ACS Power Steering in Tamworth. I happened to be passing and called in, great to see them rebuilding a ton of racks in there, very helpful with my requirements too. £35 for the pipes and job done. Very happy.

Have you looked under the seat yet? This '97 model has an access panel. Otherwise this shows where you need to cut. I'd drop the tank personally, that cutting just seems a bodge too far for me unless I was getting a sender out of a breaker's yard which incidentally I did do recently for a Fiesta.
