Thanks Chris R - it's a Ravenheat, but it says White Star - probably similary though. Do you know anything about these? (We have brought the property so have no landlord to ask)

Hi, I've just moved into a flat with a new boiler (called the white star). We have no instruction booklet. When in the shower the hot water goes cold every 10-15 seconds and then back to hot. Does anyone have any suggestions? We're at a loss. Many thanks
