Thanks for your help. You are correct, we have a 100 year old house and I was concerned about taking them off and then either replacing them or putting them back on We are having our very uneven walls skimmed so your advice is really useful thanks Kirsten

I hope someone can help, do I need to remove the skirting boards and picture rails prioir to having the walls plastered? thanks in advance for your help
