Yes it lights up makes the correct sound and the turntable goes round, convection ok and grill just microwave. It has all been unplugged and re set and fuse checked but still useless.

Has anyone any ideas why the microwave part of my combination oven has suddenly stopped working. I have contacted caple as it is only 2 years old but I have to pay £85 call out fee to see what is wrong, I was worried in case it was something simple. The convection oven and grill are both ok.
