Hi thanks got it sorted in the end.I phoned texecom because I didnt have a installer account I could not input installer id into app I was using User Unique Id from cloud.texe.com website.Texecom gave me a code to put into the installer id and it worked.

Hi please help I have same issue but i dont understand where you kept adding cloud option?
