Just been told I have to vacate my room by Oct 6th....gutted. Absolutely gutted. My brother said I can move in with him. But, it's 300 miles away from my girl, my daughter...:cry::cry::cry:....... Like I said before, she is all for it... Plus, I may have to give up my job if I cannot transfer...

I would leave the wall to thoroughly dry out before doing anything to it. Thick walls like that will need a good amount of time to dry out if the exterior has been sorted out.
