I presume you are talking about generic brown plugs at 7mm. Is there any advantage to upgrade to nylon ones, like these https://www.toolstation.com/shop/Screws+%26+Fixings/d90/Wall+Plugs/sd2060/Fischer+Nylon+S+Plug/p18262?

Thanks. So you suggest using the plug for up to 6mm screw, which is a bit smaller than the screw in question. This is what I've been leaning towards too.
