Hi, Got up this morning and used the downstairs tiolet (as per norm). As the toilet was flushing I ran the hot tap. When I did this the toilet made lots of noise, and seemed to flush for 2/3 minutes. As that settled down, the hot tap started spluttering and brown water came out!!! I...
