Thanks but they stick out too far, they need to be slimline like the pics so people don't catch themselves on them.

Thank you all but I have been trying for weeks to find them. The closest I found was the jack lock titan but it doesn't have the handle on it.

It turns out these are the restrictor buttons. I discovered if the window is open enough to see them then push them forward. It doesn't look like they are attached to anything but there is a hidden cable or rod.

Only the bottom screw is accessible the middle one is behind the hinge arm

I had a look today and no button, I will take some better pics tomorrow.

I know but I can't see how to open them further because they are hitting the frame, the 1st floor windows are the same. I even took the glazing out to see if they had drilled a hole to get to the screw
