So let’s say worse case scenario, it can’t be moved. Is there anything we can do in regards to the foundation? Guessing you’re not allowed a service chamber inside the house like you can with drainage manholes?

Hi all, I was digging some foundations at the front of the house and found what appears to be the gas valve for the house. (Photos attached) obviously this would need to be moved, any ideas who I’d need to contact? or if anyone has any other ideas then I’m all ears. thank you.
