    My 1938 house has 75mm breeze/cinder block internal walls and I need to chase in a metal box for the 10mm t&e cable shower switch. Could I use a 35mm box or would I need a 47mm box.

    I'm gonna bump this to ask: Why when plastering over electrical chases into brick/block do people use bonding coat then mulit finish and not hardwall then multi finish. Also what's the max depth you can chase a metel box into.
