hi there, i am not too sure the market is soft. it seems to me sellers are overpricing a lot of the stock, at least here in greater manchester.

think may put in an offer with the caveat that i will request a discount if pir comes back with total rewire necessary. i guess a pir for a 5 bed house will be around the 250 mark.

i was assuming that old installs do not have ring mains but only have radials hence the current regs do not allow extra sockets on radial circuits. Am I totally wrong?
