Tried that, Honeywell T6360B, I think it a switch circuit should I try and swap the blue and red terminals to see which is live

Had similar problem,
I've put
red to 1
Blue to -2
Yellow green to 3
And light stays on!! Even when turned down to 10?
Should I try yellow green to 4
