I purchased a more detailed sewer line map from the water company (Severn Trent). Apparently the sewer pipe is 1.8 m in diameter, built out of brick and runs through the back garden about 9.2 m away from the rear wall. Apparently, Severne Trent have a no-build zone within 7.5 metres of a 900 mm...

I'm hoping someone can tell me what the "1750 FOUL SEWER" here means for plot 1 in this sewer line map. Is the "1750" the diameter of the sewer pipe in mm? That seems....large? Will I be able to build a rear extension as this line runs through the back garden?
