Hi, I would be interested in which company you have had trouble with, was it the same one as they had on cowboy builders a while ago, rumour has it there is going to be another company on the next series. My sister has been looking into having hers repaired, she is in Lincolnshire but it seems to be a complete minefield trying to find someone any good.
