Thanks for the link, although it seems it may be jammed and not the condenser How difficult is it to get to the cutter/macerator to clear anything stopping it turning? do you just have to take off the top and is it obvious? lee

What is the point of the condensor? Is it to protect the motor if the macerator jams with too much paper etc down the loo? The saniflo is buzzing but all the water backs up and I don't want to spend the 25 quid for a condenser if it's the motor and I have to replace the whole unit. How can I...
