    The wall traverses the front of the garage and as it's a single garage I would say it 3.0 meters as a max, probibly nearer 2.5. So as a budget, a day should see it done. Pity but all the guys at my local are Bankers so good for nothing. Thanks again for the info, most appreciated. Les
