I have a very similar situation at my house: thermal store on same level as log burner. I was going to put it upstairs til I realised it would weigh 450KG when full! I decided that was asking too much for my 17th century floors to hold.
My thoughts are to pump the feed to the thermal store...
Hi, This could be one of several things.
1. Muck in the filters: by playing with the system you may have disloged some muck. Many showers have filters on the inlets.
2. Different pressures between hot and cold. Showers will tolerate a small difference but as was previously said: a cold may...
I hope you have resolved your problem? I had a very similar problem a few years back. Guy was a multi millionaire and I was told by his cleaners that he always got shirty at the end of a job.

Tee hee. This is the story of my life: you agree to do a small change then it grows into a major project. I make my living fitting bathrooms and love this sort of thing. I admit to encouraging the lady of the house to just "go for it".
Regarding moving the loo: you are, of course right. If you...
Can I just bring all your attentions to the council and heating enginer that have recently been done for disconnecting and then plugging a back boiler. The resulting explosion killed the female resident. Whatever you do: DO NOT PLUG THE ENDS!
Just rip it out.... You only need permission if it's a listed building and the loo is of interest!
However, the removal of the wall needs to comply with building regs particulary if it is load bearing. This may also require listed building consent if your house is listed.
Have you tried shutting off all the rads apart from the one furthest from the boiler? This will increase the flow speed through the rad and hopefully drag any air to it ready for you to then bleed later. Switch on the next furthest rad and then turn off the other one. Proceed like this util each...
Hi, I am hoping to fit a back boiler to my log burning Villager stove. I'm after any advice regarding the design of the rest of the system.
I am connecting it to a thermal heat store which in turn links to an airconditioning system and the domestic hot water.
The sort of things I would...
Hi, Try it with the shower head removed. This will tell you if the shower hose is ok. If the hose is not new it may have a collapsed liner inside.
The type of shower you are describing is, in effect, a power shower and so it should be fine with almost any shower head.
Hope this helps, :D
