I’d like some advise on fitting of a new frame on my garage. Here’s an image of where I am currently. My garage walls are completely out of plumb. I’d love some advise on attached a new frame and getting it square and plumb.

It’s fixed through the holes in the picture above, I planned on using these.

I’m struggling to come up with a plan for a strong wooden frame for my prefab garage. What’s the best way to approach this? My idea was to use the existing fixing holes for the old up and over door after removing it. How do I approach the new frame?

My issue is that the garage is pre fabricated concrete panels therefore it’s only about 50mm think around the door. I’ll add some more images when I get chance to show the issues, I just wanted to see if anyone had fitted a wooden frame and doors to a pre fabricated opening like this before.

I am after some advice on replacing this mental up and over door with a wooden version. My main concern is getting the new wooden frame plumb, the head section concrete slops and because this garage concrete panelling rather than brick work then the fixing surface area is quite minimal around...
