The Neostat hard wired on the first floor directly controls all the temperate all rads as one zone upstairs - we only have that one stat on the first floor, and that it. It directly works with the boiler.

Thank you - we have one upstairs hall neostat, and then a manual trv on each rad upstairs rad. We set our hall at 23 degrees but then the rooms never reach that - all room rads have the Trv open fully. I’m wondering if I whacked up the hall stat much higher and then controlled each room better...
