update guys, now they want to put in an extra bypass and room thermostat, but im not convinced this will solve the problem, is it normal for the pump to come on for 5 minutes and then go off for 1 minute then back on for 5, off for 1 and on and on, it does this no matter what boiler or rads are...

thanks for all the comments guys, well i tried leaving on radiator on through the night but had to get up to turn it off, i couldnt listen anymore to the noise of the water coming from the boiler to the radiator, sounds like a kettle just about coming to the boil as is the same with all...

i cant see anything on the valves no i havent received anything from installers, the first so callled engineer to call mucked about with the factory setting, turning them down, the second guy bled radiators and told me to leave all valves open and work CH from boiler, the third guy told me not...

no im not paying and yet all of them are mates yes i think i will cal vaillant

sorry i dont know the makes of lockshield or thermostatic valves all radiators have trv fitted when all of these are open noise is worse the noise stops when i run hot water

i have already had 5 visits from different so called heating engineers as i keep calling them out and refuse to listen to the rubbish they are telling me but i dont know what else i can do

just had vaillant combi turbomax pro24einstalled plus new radiators and trvs, loud rushing noise coming from radiators, installer says this is caused by the pump and nothing can be done, any ideas as this is driving me nuts. thanks,
