Nope. We have 5 pumping stations over the site. Sea wall was rebuilt, bigger and stronger. A new flood plane was built and locks. Site has just finished being built, 10,000 home, 1 school, docs, shops, pubs, boat yard. Chance of flood is slim as it's raised slightly, pump stations going...

It's built on a flood plane and by ******. They sell like hot cakes here. Next door sold there for £495,000 just. Exactly same as mine. I bought this for £190,000 off plan 2 years ago

The bedroom is going to be Chic Shadow https://www.dulux.co.uk/colour/chic_shadow Fairly dark color. I plan to fit a dimmer for the down lights in the room. Bedroom use will be for our baby so won't really be used that much as got a corner led lamp from Ikea.
