Thanks catlad for you response. That's what I think but he kept banging on about the wind and how it was not down to him. So I just wanted to make sure that it was not unreasonable to expect him to repair the roof free.

I had a new roof 18 months ago. Four of the ridge tiles have blown off. Am I being unreasonable expecting the builder who did the work to replace the tiles free. Nobody else lost roof tiles and I can't help feeling that mine should not have come off after only 18 months. Please advise
