There are about 40-50 houses of identical design and style on the same road and this the only one with these discs on the side wall.

Guess I'm just concerned that this is the only house in the road that has them.

also, i imagine it is reasonably common to add wall ties but the ones that go in these days are a little less intrusive as a bonding/ resin is used to hold the ties in is used rather than a big ugly plate?

many thanks for the response, the property is a standard 2 up 2 down victorian semi - is this something the surveyor will jump all over? the wall doesn't looked bowed and had a builder round today who doesn't think the cracks are anything out of the ordinary. should i be wary/ worried?
