Thanks. Flue doesnt look like its obstructed but is vertical straight up to my roof

Hi I have an Intec 28X boiler and we keep.getting an E96 error message. We had someone look at it ages ago who advised something to do with the ignition not sparking correctly. Does this sound right or anothee problem
