The unit is brand spanking new from B&Q today. BTW I have pressed, it on/off, turned it etc.etc. I have successfully installed a number of 1 way switching units its just this 2 way switching unit that has me foxed.

I would really appeciate some help as the manufacturers instructions are useless and I know I have done something wrong I just don't know what that is.
