Thank you I don’t own the property I rent it from council and when they originally came out they said it was due to my heating hitting the cold door so I’m trying to find out how to stop this and get it done properly before I ruin any flooring I put down I’ll be taking more pictures in daylight...

Ok thank you I will mention that so I’m guessing the water is getting in from either the sides or under the outer threshold
