Bleed it alright, no air in it at all. it has a water tap like turning valve one at each pipe. don't think can remove trv and tap.

Hi I have a towel rad in the bathroom. When the plumber first install it, it works. I then try to adjust the tempurature on it by turning the valve, it stop working altogether. any idea of how to get it working again? Thanks
