I'm about to convert our basement into a flat. We have dug up the old concrete floor (no membrane) and disposed of, and levelled the ground soil. There is now room for a radon membrane/dpc liner and 6 inches of concrete for the base. Does anyone know where the cheapest place is for membranes...
