The original joists are 4x1.5 with an additional 3x1.5 screwed down on top. The joists go from the inner wall to a load bearing wall roughly in the middle where they end and another begins to span the other side. The distance they span is 3metres 60 on one side and 3 metres 60 on the other

Venting the pump as in bleeding it?? I’m not sure of return pipe etc. At the boiler I just have the auto air vent

The pump I turned to lowest, I will try highest tomorrow. The auto vent I'm not sure if its working as I haven't saw it working but its newish n the cap is lose. So just try water only first
