I plan to replace it with new LVT. I think I’ll seek another floor fitter competent for the job as maybe the fitter I previously had was just a little work shy. Thanks
had previously approached a floor fitter and they had suggested laying on top on the existing LVT, which I really don’t want to do. The fitter seemed competent to lay another floor I’ve had done but didn’t seem too keen to do this one

I’ve got LVT flooring in my bathroom that I’d like to replace, but both the toilet and the vanity were installed on top of it. How difficult would it be to take out and replace the flooring in this situation?
No it was dry for days prior to the seal being applied. It goes patchy after it’s rained and then if there’s several dry days it eventually goes beck to uniform
Yes after a bit of rain it looks patchy and if it’s dry for a few days it does look uniform again. It’s the times in between it looks patchy all over the place. Should I be doing another coat or applying sealant remover to fix it or is it best leaving it well alone to weather?
Hi, I’ve recently had new block paving done on my driveway & it was sealed shortly after. Now it’s looking patchy in areas, some bits darker grey than others. Any idea what I need to do to fix this?
