I’m thinking lubrication now. Apparently the fan sat in a box for 10 years before I inherited it

Good day folks! I have a ceiling fan that stopped rotating. It needed a push to start to start then it would eventually stop. I disassembled tue unit and although the capacity”looked” ok I changed it out. Fan still has the same issue. The blades move freely. thoughts?
